How to Request a Return & Refund

Return Shipping Costs

Subscription Orders
As such, renewal charges are non-refundable after processing. Customers may cancel or pause their subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item, we'll cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund (including original shipping).

Defective Product:

What if I'm outside the UAE?
Same policy applies. You have 30 days from delivery to return, but international return shipping costs will be higher. We recommend checking with your local courier for rates.
