Shipping Locations

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Orders are processed and shipped from our UAE warehouse.

GCC Countries

  • Orders are processed and shipped from our UAE warehouse.
  • Countries served: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman

Europe

  • Orders are processed and shipped from our UAE warehouse.

International Orders (Outside UAE, GCC & Europe)

  • Please contact us at info@regrowthplus.com for a custom shipping quote.

Delivery Times & Costs

United Arab Emirates

Delivery Time:

  • Next Business Day (for orders placed before 4:00 PM GST)

Delivery Fee:

  • Free on all orders within the UAE

GCC Countries

Delivery Time:

  • 3–7 Business Days (for orders placed before 4:00 PM GST)

Delivery Fee:

  • Flat rate shipping fee applies
  • Fee calculated at checkout based on destination

Europe

Delivery Time:

  • 5–10 Business Days (depending on country)

Delivery Fee:

  • Flat rate: 9 EUR anywhere in Europe

Shipped From:

  • All orders shipped from our UAE warehouse

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays)
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM GST will be processed the next business day
  • During promotional periods or peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday), processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with:

  • Shipping confirmation
  • Tracking number
  • Direct link to track your package

If you don't receive your tracking email:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Ensure the email address on your order is correct
  3. Contact us at info@regrowthplus.com with your order number

Customs & Duties

United Arab Emirates

  • No customs fees apply to domestic UAE orders

GCC Countries

  • Customs duties and taxes are rare but may apply depending on your country's regulations
  • Any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have concerns

Europe

  • Orders shipped from the UAE to Europe may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country's regulations
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • Countries under international trade sanctions
  • PO boxes in certain international locations (contact us to verify)

Hair care products containing certain ingredients may be restricted in some countries. Please verify with your local customs authority before ordering if you're located outside the UAE.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails:

  • The courier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup
  • You may be contacted directly by the courier service
  • Packages are typically held for 7-14 days before being returned to sender

If your package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by you
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of package

You will be responsible for return shipping costs and any reshipment fees.


Address Changes

  • Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address
  • Contact us immediately at info@regrowthplus.com if you need to update your shipping address

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged During Shipping

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not open or use the product
  2. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  3. Contact us within 24 hours at info@regrowthplus.com
  4. Refer to our Refund Policy for replacement procedures

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, building reception, or household members
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at info@regrowthplus.com

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.


Business Days

Business days are defined as Sunday through Thursday in the UAE, excluding:

  • UAE public holidays
  • Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha holidays
  • Other official government-declared holidays
