These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Regrowthplus DWC-LLC ("Regrowthplus DWC-LLC", "Regrowth+", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the www.regrowthplus.com website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services").

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website and make purchases. By using this Website and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may only use this Website with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Billing and Payments

You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. Sensitive and private data exchange happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures, and our Website is also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users. Scans for malware are performed on a regular basis for additional security and protection.

If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase.

We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Subscriptions

Monthly Subscriptions

By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time before your next automatic charge. You will be billed every 30 days.

Automatic Monthly Renewal Terms

Once you subscribe, you will automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Regrowth+ will continue to automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee each month at the current Monthly Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your Monthly Subscription below in the Section "Subscription Cancellation Policy". You can also request assistance by contacting our Customer Service Team via email or WhatsApp.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Once you subscribe, you will receive a Subscription Confirmation Email with the subject line: 'Subscription activated from Regrowth+'. On the top of your email, below the title, clear instructions with the following text will appear: 'You may manage or cancel your subscription by clicking here...'.

Please follow and click on the link called 'Manage Subscription'. Once you land on the page called 'Active Subscriptions', please click on the product icon. It will take you to the full details about your order. Then scroll all the way down until you see 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION'. Then it will offer you to choose the reason for your subscription cancellation, click 'next', then 'cancel'. You will see the page showing 'INACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION' and below note 'cancelled'.

Product Information and Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product information, including ingredients, benefits, usage instructions, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Occasionally there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions and offers. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website or on any related Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the Website including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied on the Website should be taken to indicate that all information on the Website or on any related Service has been modified or updated.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We ship within the United Arab Emirates and to select GCC countries. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

Returns and Refunds

Our Returns and Refunds Policy governs the return of products and refund requests. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

Product Use and Safety

Our hair care products are formulated for external use only. You should:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, on some occasions and in certain circumstances, with absolutely no obligation, we may be able to restore some or all of your data that has been deleted as of a certain date and time when we may have backed up data for our own purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Regrowthplus DWC-LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors, relating to the services will be limited to an amount equal to the amounts actually paid in cash by you to Regrowthplus DWC-LLC for the product(s) giving rise to such liability in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or AED 100, whichever is greater.

The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails of its essential purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Regrowthplus DWC-LLC and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third-party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted against any of them as a result of or relating to:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Website or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
